THE BALVENIE 12YO Golden Cask – A GTR Exclusive - is the next addition to The Balvenie Cask Finishes Range that includes the Madeira 15YO and the Pedro Ximenez 18YO.
It has spent an initial 12 years in traditional ex-bourbon casks, creating the balvenie notes of warm, smooth honey, whilst a finishing period in Kelsey's rum-seasoned cask has added bold layers of tropical candied fruit and vanilla. matured for 12 years in American Oak, finished in rum seasoned casks for a smooth finish that reveals lashings of WARM spices, toffee, and the sweetness of dark fruit, pineapple, and berries.
